The Project Health Check is an indicative diagnostic tool. It produces a score and recommendations derived entirely from the answers you provide. It is not a formal project audit, assurance opinion, or independent verification of any project artefact, and it should not be used as the sole basis for investment, contractual, employment or go-live decisions.

Results depend on the accuracy and honesty of your responses. Where answers reflect assumption rather than evidence, the diagnosis will reflect that assumption.

Using this website or completing an assessment does not create a consulting, advisory or fiduciary relationship. Engagements are established separately in writing.

The Defect Doctor may identify categories of specialist support in a diagnosis, and may reference independent businesses including Luvo Testing and Luvo Talent. Those references are informational. There is no obligation to engage any provider.

To the extent permitted by law, The Defect Doctor is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this website or the output of the Project Health Check.

The assessment content, scoring model, diagnostic outputs and site content are the property of The Defect Doctor and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
